I want to take a moment to share my experience with this shop and the work they did installing my bumper. To be upfront the process wasn't completely smooth, but the issues were not due to the shop's workmanship. The challenges came from the bumpers manufacturer itself. Despite that the team went above and beyond to make things right. I made several calls and had to come in a couple of times and throughout all of it, they were patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. They didn't brush me off or act inconvenienced they did everything they could to make things right and kept working at it until we reached the best possible outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Special shout out to Cody who handled my phone calls. Thanks, 4Wheel Specialties.

Absolutely great shop. I brought my neglected Tacoma with some serious suspension issues as well as drive train problems. Got them all fixed at a good price, great communication, and they even tried relentlessly to get my alignment 100% even though we all knew my tires were shot. They aligned it multiple times, rotated and flipped my tires to get it as good as possible knowing I couldn't do new tires right now. Just great service. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service! Wes went over and beyond to make sure i got exactly what i needed and wanted for this truck, it's hard to find customer service like this anywhere i was very impressed , one thing that also stood out to me was when i came back for a question the Owner stopped everything he was doing to come out and not only answer my question but fix the issue i had (issue wasn't related to any install from them) i'm extremely impressed with this shop and the people who work there , thank you guys

So I never leave reviews, this is honestly my first one. I felt compelled to let anyone who reads to know that this place is the BEST!!! First, I had been contemplating doing anything to my vehicle. These newer trucks come with so many technological gadgets that I was afraid messing with anything would cause lights to start going off. I had read some forums where people had such experiences. I did my research and found what I thought was the best leveling, tire and wheel options for my truck. So now to ask the experts. I called 4 Wheel Specialties. I got Katlin on the phone. OMG.. this lady is knowledgeable. I told her my concerns and she told me that with the options/changes I was making I wouldn’t have any issues. I came up with more questions and concerns over the next few days and she always answered them without any sound of frustration in her voice. Always willing to help. I pulled the trigger and I love how my truck looks. Two weeks and no error lights on the dash, plus the speedometer is on point, no changes just like Katlin assured me there wouldn’t be with my options.
